• You must report items in good faith with the intent to reunite items with their rightful owners
• Filing false or misleading reports is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove any reports that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy

Claims and Handovers

When claiming items or arranging handovers:

• Claims must be made only by legitimate owners or their authorized representatives
• You may be required to provide proof of ownership to support your claim
• Found Here does not guarantee the return of any lost item or the accuracy of any found item report
• Disputes between users regarding item ownership are between the parties involved; Found Here is not responsible for resolving ownership disputes

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

The Found Here platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of FJ Software Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our prior written consent.

User Content

By posting content on Found Here (including item reports, photos, and messages):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Platform
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

Subscriptions and Payments

Found Here offers optional premium subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law

Disclaimer of Warranties

Found Here is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any item reports, the identity of any users, or the successful return of any items.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FJ Software Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of items, failed handovers, or interactions with other users.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FJ Software Studio, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Found Here after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
